1. Do you travel for work ?

Yes, we work worldwide. Vuongstudio is a global photography space with no travel limitations. Reach out to us with your location, and we will handle the logistics.

2. Do you do video as well ?

Yes, vuongstudio provides both cinematic videography and photography services. However, because video production requirements vary greatly depending on the project—whether it is a multi-day destination wedding, a fashion editorial film, or a commercial product campaign—all video services must be discussed and planned in advance. During our initial consultation, we will review your visual goals, timeline, and production scale to design a custom, cohesive media package tailored to your needs.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Our cancellation and rescheduling policies depend entirely on the specific nature and type of the work commissioned. As a standard policy, modifications to a scheduled date are only permitted under valid circumstances and proper justification.
